我們研究興趣包括半導體材料應用在電子元件與能源技術的應用。探討低維度半導體材料如一維奈米線到二維材料之製程、結構分析與光電特性量測的研究方向。另外,本實驗室也關注於淨零碳排規定等能源政策,以開發符合具有潛力的綠能技術。
