Our research interests include the application of semiconductor materials in electronic components and energy technology. We discuss the fabrication process, structural analysis and photoelectric application of low-dimensional semiconductor materials including one-dimensional nanowires and two-dimensional materials. Our team also focuses on energy policy, such as net zero carbon emissions by 2050 and the development of alternative green energy technologies.
