Lam Research Co., Ltd. (Lam Research) has established a paper award and an outstanding technology scholarship at National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University (hereinafter referred to as the university) to encourage graduate students from eight colleges, including science, engineering, electrical engineering, information, international semiconductor industry, optoelectronics, smart science and green energy, and industry-university innovation research, to engage in research on semiconductor-related processes, technologies, principles, and materials, to enhance the country’s R&D capabilities and standards in this field, and to cultivate outstanding scientific and technological talents.
