High-speed interconnects and AI.

Abstract:
As AI computing hardware advances, interconnects bandwidth becomes the bottleneck. In this new AI era , unprecedented interconnection bandwidth leap is required which can only be achieved by the optical technologies. This talk will review the computing technology advance over the time and how does AI computing become the new paradigm. Recent advances in the interconnect industry will also be discussed.
