Postdoctoral Researcher Position in
Theory of Quantum Matter
The Department of Electrophysics of National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University, Taiwan invites applications for a postdoctoral associate position in the
group of Stefan Kirchner to work on the theoretical description of quantum
matter in and out of equilibrium.
We are looking for outstanding applicants with a PhD in Physics or equivalent with a knowledge of condensed matter field theory and a strong interest
in addressing the thermodynamic and dynamic properties of strongly correlated
quantum matter. Experience with computational methods is very welcome.
Current research interests of our group center around far-from-equilibrium
dynamics of strongly correlated electron systems, unconventional superconductivity, quantum phase transitions far from equilibrium, transport of heat and
charge.
